Fresno Central CA senior Abel-Rudisha Teffra won the Division 3 boys individual title at the Central Section Championships, covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:41.4 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Teffra, who placed 11th at last year's final in 16:24.1, helped Central capture the team championship with a 35-113 victory over Bakersfield Frontier.
